Image problems?

If you are experiencing problems with the site try the following steps until everything works fine:.

1-You must use either Internet Explorer or Firefox and be sure that you have installed all Windows Updates.
2-You should be using a high speed internet connection. If you are on a 56k you will probably have problems with the chat.Try to connect with the fastest speed possible.
3-Refresh your browser window either by clicking on the refresh icon or f5 on your keyboard.
4-Delete cookies and cache from your browser.Close your browser and re-open it.
5-Download the latest version of FLASH from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
6- If you have a firewall installed (Ex : Zone Alarm), sometimes the security settings are too high. Authorize the site or deactivate temporarily the firewall.

Difficulties with the new CAM2CAM feature ?

Click on your mouse's right button directly on the video and choose " Settings "
- Make sure that " Allow " is checked.
- Make sure under the camera's tab that the camera displayed is the one you want to use and that it's functional. If your camera is not displayed in the list, please follow the instructions proposed by your camera's provider for it's installation.
- Make sure under the microphone tab that the microphone displayed is the one you want to use and that it's settings are appropriate. If your microphone is not displayed in the list, please follow the instructions proposed by your microphone, headset or sound card's provider.
